According to survey results recently made public by a website that provides resume resources, a significant portion of employees are using ChatGPT to obtain promotions and pay increases.

A survey conducted among 1,666 US workers revealed that 38% of them said ChatGPT helped them get a pay raise, and 29% said it helped them get a promotion.

Employees informed researchers that ChatGPT has increased their productivity (up to 62%), helped them finish tasks more quickly (64%), and reduced their stress levels (50%).

Additionally, workers stated that the generative AI tool improved their ability to solve problems more quickly (49%), improve their knowledge and skills (46%), increase their job satisfaction (43%), and produce better project outcomes (41%).

Additionally, they claim that the tool enabled them to work with greater innovation (36%), better job security (29%), better teamwork (31%), and receive more praise from superiors and peers (19%).

Furthermore, ChatGPT is reinvesting a large portion of the time it frees up in organizations. Roughly 60% of workers reported using ChatGPT to save time on work-related tasks, and 33% said they used their entire time savings to support the company.
