Now you can create your AI doppelganger

Meta Platforms announced the launch of a new tool called AI Studio, which will let users create, share, and customize AI chatbots.

According to Meta, the AI Studio will enable users to create personalized AI characters.

Additionally, Instagram creators can utilize the AI characters “as an extension of themselves,” as they can respond to common questions in direct messages and stories. Users can share their AI characters on all of the social media giant’s platforms.

The tool is built with Meta’s Llama 3.1, the most advanced version of its mostly free artificial intelligence models, and it comes with performance metrics comparable to those of rivals like OpenAI’s paid models. The new tool can be used in a variety of languages.

OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, is racing to demonstrate that the models it offers can produce advanced reasoning capabilities.

As a result, it is working on a project code-named “Strawberry,” the specifics of which are closely guarded secrets even within OpenAI, according to exclusively reported by Reuters.
